What a rollercoaster ride the last 2 years have been for Robin & Justin. I did their engagement shoot in 2020, with the hopes of a wedding in early 2021. The pandemic had other plans, and as medical professionals, they both decided the risk was too high and got married quietly in court instead, with possible plans for a celebration another time. 

Robin and Justin reached out to me about doing their maternity photos and I couldn’t have been more thrilled! After the whirlwind of the last few years, celebrating life is always such a joyous occasion and brings a much needed lightness into all our lives. 

Stellenbosch was the perfect backdrop for a romantic stroll through the streets – and that magical winelands light hit the spot just right.
