When your brother-in-law sends you a message to ask for a maternity shoot/family shoot, you always say YES! Photographing my sisters is always a treat and I will never pass up the opportunity to get great photos of my family.

Nicole and Shaun are expecting a baby boy in late March, and little Emma is over the moon excited for a sibling! We met up at Vergelegen to take a stroll around the gardens and grab some photos of the clan. Emma was entranced by the acorn collecting she was doing with Dennis (my boyfriend) and Samantha (my other sister!) who were off-screen keeping her entertained! Thanks guys!

For those that don’t know, I photographed Nicole and Shaun’s wedding in 2011, and their maternity session with Emma in 2014. I also took some hospital photos of little Emma and a few photos of her when she was a little bit older. I am so pleased to have traveled this journey with them through all the big moments that deserve beautiful photographs. I adore how these photos came out – they were all so easy and relaxed and only moaned a??little about all the walking around 😉
