Melissa & I went to high school together, so naturally I was absolutely thrilled when her fiance, Conrad contacted me about photographing their wedding. It’s such a special thing to be included in the wedding of somebody you know and I’m so happy to be there. In nearly a week, these two will be saying their I-do’s!

I was thrilled??to find that Melissa hasn’t changed since high school and is still the kind, bubbly person I knew back then! I couldn’t imagine a better companion for her than Conrad, who is equally kind and has undertaken the entire wedding planning! We took these photos in a gorgeous park in Somerset West, where the grass was totally dead and dry – but we found some small spots that were green and lush, and where the light just worked perfectly! I am really happy with these photographs, and I can’t wait for their wedding next week!
