I really admire Danielle & Ullrich’s perseverance throughout 2020. To say that 2020 threw us some curveballs is a total understatement. But through the whole wedding planning process they remained upbeat and positive. Plans were adjusted to keep everybody as safe as possible, while still being able to celebrate and have an amazing time. That is no small feat, and I think it was achieved with massive success.

Danielle wore the most beautiful gown – I just adored the full gathered sleeves and the tea length was absolute vintage perfection. Royaltycore and cottagecore are coming in in a big way right now and Danielle is ahead of the trends with this one. Her makeup was exquisite and flawless throughout the day, with a classic look that I know will age like a fine wine.
The foliage and decor for the venue was to die for  – Joli Creations and Designs did a stunning job of keeping it simple, but with that wow factor that every bride is looking for. I loved that even with using dried flowers, there was this warmth and life that was brought to the hall. 10/10, can’t wait to do a wedding with this vendor again!

The ceremony was done in Ashanti’s chapel area, overlooking the front of the venue. It was a stunning and intimate space and the perfect place to say yes!

We popped out for couple photos in 2 batches – my preference for summer weddings – and we were rewarded with just the best photos. Along with the stunning sunset came the wind (of course) but the perseverance of these two showed itself again and they got the most beautiful shots! There is a reason this blog post is so long, and that reason is Danielle & Ullrich just bringing it! 

I would like to make a special mention of Kristin at Ashanti. It’s not every day that you work with a venue that has a coordinator as organized and on top of things as Kristin. She was especially aware of the COVID regulations and kept things in check that made everybody feel very safe while still being able to have an amazing celebration! Team work makes the dream work, that’s for sure!
